What Mondaze is about

Around here, you’re never just one thing:

  • Motherhood, from tween eye-rolls to toddler meltdowns

  • Self-love through different seasons

  • Classic millenial nostalgia (I’m still not over Myspace)

  • Home and cooking, with a story on the side

  • Travel as curiosity, culture, and self-discovery

  • Chasing everything you love without picking one lane

No niche required. Scenic route encouraged.

Extras

Playlists, planners and pieces that support your routines and reset days.

Mondaze started in 2015, before I had a name for it. After months of postpartum depression, I was lost in my own head and trying to find my way back. So every Monday, I took time to recharge my mind, body, and spirit, and I practiced happiness like a skill. (It is one. I’m still practicing.)

In August 2018 it became a one-woman podcast with new episodes every Monday: inspirational stories, silly segments, and tips for a life you actually enjoy. A lot has changed since then, including a second kid, and Mondaze grew up with me. Its more than a podcast now, because I never could pick just one thing.
